Feminist Dinosaur

I’ve been learning about the plight of transwomen in Iran.  If you thought it was bad for cis-women in Iran, let me tell you how bad it is for transwomen.  

Trans women are coercively forced to undergo free surgeries to “correct” their gender dysphoria and perform the role of woman by marrying a man, etc.  But what isn’t taken into account with this is transwomen who *IDENTIFY* as lesbians.  In order for these poor poor transwomen to remain with their lesbian lovers they have to remain men, living in the closet, not able to show their real lesbian selves to the world.  This means they can only cross-dress in private and the poor things actually have to still perform a male role if they are to remain the women-identified-women that they are.

Its so fucking tragic I can barely handle it.
